Job Description: Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing engineering and maintenance teams, ensuring effective supervision, training, and development of staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facility Maintenance: Ensuring the upkeep of factory buildings, equipment, and utilities, and implementing a preventive maintenance schedule.
- Engineering Projects: Planning, executing, and overseeing engineering projects such as equipment upgrades, renovations, and new installations, including the implementation of new technologies and techniques.
- Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process enhancement, implementing changes to boost efficiency, productivity, and quality, and staying current with industry trends and innovations.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Developing and managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Collaboration and Communication: Working with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and management to achieve shared goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum S1 in Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or related roles, with leadership experience in high-performing engineering teams
- Preferably experienced in manufacturing industry
- Strong skills in electrical and mechanical engineering
- Experience with civil engineering projects like renovations
- Certification in essential engineering functions
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Proven leadership, mentorship, and team-building abilities
