Job description

Candidates with at least D3/S1 in Education, English/linguistics, or equivalent.

Fresh graduates and last year students are welcome to apply.

Required skills: Teaching English, time management, and communication.

Language proficiency: Fluent in English; written and spoken.

Passion for teaching: Love teaching and able to teach English to children aged 4-15 years old.

Experience with children and teens: Familiar with children and teens.

Initiative: Has the initiative to introduce the Eye Level program.

Personal qualities: Honest, disciplined, committed, communicative, creative, hard-working, and tech-savvy.

Work location: Willing to work onsite. Live around Bogor is preferred.

General Responsibilities :

1. Teaching English to children aged 4-15 years old.
2. Providing quality academic coaching in a small group setting, according to Eye Level philosophy, methods, curriculum, and individual progress plan.
3. Communicating effectively and professionally with students, parents, and staff.
4. Motivating and encouraging students.
5. Grading and maintaining progress reports for each student.
6. Performing administrative activities if needed.
7. Notifying the Center Director of any problems or concerns.
