Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, and reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Channel Account Manager, Territory Accounts acts as the primary contact for all video and access control solutions selling initiatives with Preferred Channel Partners. In this role, the individual must proactively manage business relationships, deploy sales strategies to grow the business, and meet territory revenue goals. Additionally, the role involves developing new channel partnerships to support growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting Motorola Solutions’ video & access control sales activities in the assigned territory by creating, nurturing, and responding to sales opportunities to grow the customer base and increase revenue.
- Supporting Sales Leaders in establishing quarterly and annual sales objectives for the assigned Channel Partners.
- Meeting all sales metrics set by Sales Leadership.
- Developing new revenue streams by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new Channel Partners.
- Empowering Channel Partners with key values of our solutions and increasing their adoption of different brands.
- Supporting the day-to-day sales activities of Channel Partners.
- Tracking and reporting all Channel Partners activities via Salesforce.
- Being accountable for all sales-related metrics.
- Collaborating with colleagues including Channel Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Video Security Solutions sales.
- Minimum 4 years of customer-facing experience.
- Experience with Physical Security Solutions is an asset.
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results and building collaborative relationships.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to discuss our products and solutions.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Having an established client base in the assigned territory is a plus.
- Ability to travel more than 50% of the time.
