Job description

Our Client is a 5* Resort with 100+ Rooms and 4 F&B Outlets.

This is a #1 role in the Sales & Marketing department and will be reporting directly to the General Manager.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile
  1. Relevant experience as Director of Sales in 5 star resorts
  2. Familiar with budget, sales reports, target and market segments
  3. Able to find and develop new potential business sources for specific markets
  4. Able and willing to travel to attend trade shows or travel fairs
  5. Excellent communication and tactical skills
  6. In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
  7. Effective communication and negotiation skills
  8. Active person with an outgoing personality
  9. A wide network of contacts
  10. Computer literate
  11. Result oriented, energetic and self-driven
  12. Strong leadership and a team player at the same time
  13. Highly developed organizational and time management skills
  14. Excellent customer relationship skills
  15. Good financial and administration skills
  16. Strong command of the English language – both written and spoken
  17. Possesses a positive attitude and displays confidence
  18. Pro-active and very creative; creates ideas to stimulate the business
