PT Star Skykom Indonesia is a company specialized in telecommunications, construction and building renovation. Located in Neo Soho, West Jakarta.

Qualifications & Experiences

Minimum D3/Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field;

Maximum age 35 years old;

Proven working experience as Estimator, Interior Designer or related field, minimum 2 years;

Experience in preparing BoQs, Quotation;

Able to estimate cost and breakdown the civil work or furniture that needed in the project;

Experience in designing large-scale decoration projects such as star-rated hotels, restaurants, residences, villas, shopping malls, etc;

Able to independently complete overall planning and can make a quotations;

Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven;

Able to speak in English is a MUST. Able to speaking in Mandarin is a plus;

Proficient in Ms Word, Ms Excel, CAD or other design software;

Willing to have a business trip.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and make the project quotations.

Estimate construction costs based on drawings, specs, and site input.

Coordinate with site teams and vendors to get accurate pricing.

Regularly update unit prices of materials and services.

Revise quotations based on client feedback or internal adjustments.

Responsible for producing interior scheme designs, renderings, and construction drawings.

Communicate effectively with the team and clients to ensure the plans are completed on time.

Salary : Negotiable, depend on skills and experiences
