Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Create, manage, and analyze digital content performance and provide recommendations across various ads platforms.
  2. Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to improve effectiveness.
  3. Coordinate with the design and content teams to create copywriting for digital ads.
  4. Manage email marketing and digital communities to enhance engagement.
  5. Monitoring and follow up target market response from any kind of ads.
  6. Track, analyze data, and generate performance reports for ads.
  7. Stay updated with the latest ads & market trends.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or a related field.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing (Fresh graduates with a portfolio are welcome to apply).
  3. Strong understanding and experience in running ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  4. Familiar with SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid ads, audience targeting & retargeting, and create engaging content for ads.
  5. Understanding of data analysis using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant tools.
  6. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
