Job Description:

1. Achieve cost and budgetary goals as set by the Food Manager.
2. Ensure compliance with MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets).
3. Ensure compliance with Pest Management standards.
4. Report malfunctioning equipment.
5. Monitor the STAR system and ensure there are no POB (Passengers On Board) variances; adjust the time clocks when needed.
6. Ensure Project Onboard compliance; monitor STAR and make necessary corrections.
