Business Developers are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with other parties.

Job Description :

  1. Research and identify new business opportunities.
  2. Perform function analysis, mapping, and handle various matters regarding the company's business both internally and externally.
  3. Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients for solar panels.
  4. Think strategically—seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business.
  5. Work strategically—carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, especially in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Excellent in feasibility studies, marketing strategy, sales activities, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients/principals.
  • Target-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willing to travel for business trips across Indonesia.
