Job Descriptions:

• Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
• Communicate with other party like product, marketing, and other division to make sure all initiative execute clearly
• Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for high management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.
• Drive Mekari to win the competition.
• Actively contributing to Mekari strategical movement formulation.
• Skillfully build interest and create opportunities.
• Being a Role Model in terms of Professionality & Operational Excellence for the team.
• Leading the sales department, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals, and monitoring performance as a whole 
• Establish lead requirements needed to meet your business objectives
• Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
• Work collaboratively across teams

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Experienced in Fintech, Banking or other financial services, Retail / Software company is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 8 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales quota and create strategy
• Target oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability and skills to develop relationships quickly
• Excellent presentation skills both verbally and written  
• Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives
• Eager to learn, adapt and perfect your work; you seek out help and put it to good use, also able to work under pressure
• Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Strong ownership spirit
