Job description

Promote the client's product solutions in the Indonesia Enterprise Market.

Communicate the client's datacomm solutions with the technical department.

Build and maintain client relations.

Plan and support market branding activities in the Enterprise business area in Jakarta, Bandung, and Bali regions.

Attend industry events related to technology forums and industry presentations.

Track potential competitors and develop alternative strategies.

Transfer knowledge to sales team members.

Present products to customers to increase market awareness of the client's portfolio.

Develop the target, direction, path, pace, and tactics for the client's enterprise product market over the next two to three years, including resource allocation such as development manpower and marketing investment.

Ensure the competitiveness of the client's Indonesia enterprise solutions by providing differentiated guidance strategies for customer requirements and competitors, and guide the team to implement customized, scenario-based solutions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or other ICT-related majors.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on product/solution sales experience in the ICT industry, especially in enterprise business.
  • Familiar with routers, switches, carrier and enterprise network architectures.
  • Knowledge of various network protocols (IGP/BGP/SR/MPLS/SRv6/L2vpn/L3vpn).
  • Understanding of customer network composition and status in the enterprise industry (government, finance, mining, ISP, etc.) and main vendor advantages/disadvantages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships.
  • Understanding of the local industry ecosystem and some influence within it.
  • Ability to promote lead generation, convert leads into opportunities, develop solutions, and achieve project success.
  • Capability to develop commercial strategies, manage pricing, and meet profit targets.
  • Willingness to travel between Jakarta, Bandung, and Bali for business trips.
