Posisi: Sales Promotion & Merchandiser
Responsibilities include:
- Planning online/offline demo activities in the area to educate prospects about products, including sponsorships & event partnerships.
- Planning and monitoring store promotion activities, ensuring proper execution of Consumer Promotions, and monitoring in-store and outdoor branding.
- Conducting surveys to identify potential markets and new customers.
- Managing and monitoring the sales promotion team to ensure successful program execution.
- Analyzing and monitoring the performance of the merchandiser team in distributing to GT stores and end users not yet covered by branch sales teams through direct selling.
Qualifications:
- Maximum age 35 years
- Minimum D3 education from a reputable university
- At least 1 year of experience in Food Ingredients / Consumer Goods
- Strong teamwork and cross-department coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Able to increase sales volume and value
- Honest, responsible, good attitude, proactive, self-motivated, able to work under pressure with maximal results
- Effective communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Familiar with traditional market areas
