Job description

HC Operation Supervisor - Manufacture - Cikarang - WFO (ID: 673002)

Oversee daily HR operations, including attendance, BPJS (social security), and employee administration.

Lead and mentor the General Affairs (GA) team (3 members) and the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team (2 members).

Manage company assets such as vehicles, permits, and office & factory facilities.

Ensure the implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) programs and compliance with HSE regulations.

Participate in improvement projects within the GA area, focusing on efficiency, digitalization, and vendor management.

Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operational activities.

Prepare routine reports and analysis related to areas of responsibility.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Law, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
2. At least 3–5 years of experience in HR/GA/HSE, preferably in manufacturing.
3. Proven experience in leading a small team and fieldwork experience.
4. Solid understanding of labor regulations, occupational health & safety (K3), and facility management.
5. Ability to work efficiently, multitask, and demonstrate high initiative.
6. Willing to be based full-time in Cikarang.
