A leading company in Jakarta seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR activities, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage recruitment and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in labor supply and a strong understanding of labor laws. Proficiency in English is essential, and Mandarin is a plus. Ensure the implementation of government and company regulations/procedures are based on established rules for management employees and all project employees.
Create SOPs for each sub-area in the HR Department and the employee handbook, all aligned with government regulations.
Lead and manage HR activities within the company, including recruitment, maintaining employee database and documents, general affairs, payroll, compensation and benefits, income tax, foreigner work permits, disciplinary actions, and planning.
Prepare payroll reports for internal employees and manpower projects, covering salary, income tax, and insurance contributions (BPJS TK and BPJS Kesehatan).
Calculate and report monthly and yearly income taxes to the system and Tax Office, handle BPJS registration and payments.
Manage employee terminations, mutations, and promotions.
Process salary payments, update BPJS for new and resigned employees, and input and upload salary and tax data into relevant systems.
Prepare monthly internal and manpower cost reports for superiors and finance.
