Job summary

Job description

Ensure the implementation of government and company regulations/procedures are based on established rules for management employees and all project employees.

Create SOPs for each sub-area in the HR Department and the employee handbook, all aligned with government regulations.

Lead and manage HR activities within the company, including recruitment, maintaining employee database and documents, general affairs, payroll, compensation and benefits, income tax, foreigner work permits, disciplinary actions, and planning.

Prepare payroll reports for internal employees and manpower projects, covering salary, income tax, and insurance contributions (BPJS TK and BPJS Kesehatan).

Calculate and report monthly and yearly income taxes to the system and Tax Office, handle BPJS registration and payments.

Manage employee terminations, mutations, and promotions.

Process salary payments, update BPJS for new and resigned employees, and input and upload salary and tax data into relevant systems.

Prepare monthly internal and manpower cost reports for superiors and finance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written); Mandarin skills are a plus.
  • At least 10 years of experience in labor supply, outsourcing, headhunting, construction, or related fields.
  • Skills in human resources, recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, industrial relations, legal, expatriate permits, and administration.
  • Good understanding of labor law (Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan) and updating skills.
  • Preferably experience working with Huawei.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and administrative skills.
