Senior Executive, Regulatory Affairs and Product Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Senior Executive, Regulatory Affairs cum Product Specialist to oversee product registration and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulatory standards. This role is vital in supporting the successful launch and market presence of our health, wellness, and lifestyle products by providing regulatory insights and scientific guidance to the Product Development and other departments.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Act as the designated Technical Responsible Person for regulatory platforms/accounts including ASROT, e-Reg RBA, and Noftikos.
2. Manage registration and regulatory approval processes for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with local health authorities and industry standards.
3. Liaise with regulatory bodies for product notifications and classification related to cosmetics, food, health supplements, and traditional medicines, including handling amendments, renewals, and licensing.
4. Ensure timely application, maintenance, and renewal of operational licenses (e.g., import and wholesale licenses).
5. Provide accurate regulatory and product information to HQ Product Development and Corporate Communications teams to support compliant packaging, brochures, and marketing materials.
6. Review and approve packaging artwork across all product categories including cosmetics, food, health supplements, traditional medicines, and apparel.
7. Support HQ QA/QC team in overseeing product quality management for the local market.
8. Conduct inspections for incoming trade products, repackaged items, and replacements.
9. Investigate major quality issues, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions in collaboration with HQ’s QA/QC team.
10. Assist in competitor analysis and market research to support product positioning and development.
11. Review and proofread local point-of-sale and promotional materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
12. Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications for success:

• Possess a valid pharmacist license (Apoteker) in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in Cosmetics, Food, Health Supplements, or Traditional Medicine sectors in Indonesia.
• Experience with product registration in Asian markets is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills to convey regulatory concepts effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset.
