Job description

You are

• Sociable, you know how to connect with our guests and build a trusting relationship.
• Helpful and attentive, finding the right solution for all our guests.
• Multilingual, you master at least two languages and are comfortable with international guests.

You will

• Welcome and inform customers by personalizing the customer relationship.
• Register arrivals and departures, manage the switchboard, sort mail, control and restock first aid kits.
• Ensure the accounting of the reception: cash receipts and other accounting operations, cash closings and archiving, follow-up of guarantees and deposits, management of deferred items and control of parking lot and transfer invoicing.
• Be responsible for safety and make all necessary decisions in case of emergency (fire procedure, etc.).
• Know the resort perfectly and work in collaboration with the services concerned (room staff, laundry, catering).
• Develop internal sales and ensure the invoicing of the stay or local sales.
• Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and the maintenance of the assets.
