Junior Executive Key Account Manager

To oversee and grow our strategic seller partnerships on our online marketplace platform. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maximizing seller performance, increasing revenue, and ensuring long-term partner satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights to improve partner performance and revenue generation
• Daily monitoring of business performance – sales and store metrics.
• Build joint business plans with key sellers, including promotions, pricing strategies, and assortment planning.
• Manage the Marketplace Seller Center portals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, product, and planner teams to support seller success.

Requirements :

• 3-5 years working experience in Key Account Management/Category Management, preferably in marketplace or brand side.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Marketplace Business Advisors, and ability to produce reports & business reviews for internal & external reporting
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with Vinculum system.
• Proficient in English for verbal and written communication.
• Experience in Retail & Consumer Products with 101-1,000 employees.
