Job Requirements:

1. Min 3 years of working experience as HR Manager.
2. Having experience leading a team.
3. Experience in HR or a related field is preferred, with some positions requiring proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. HR Managers need to be adept at building relationships, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
5. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and relevant HR information systems is necessary.
