Job description

Responsibilities

1. Primarily responsible for selling and promoting products and/or services to channel participants and/or end-users.
2. Manage all aspects of the selling process and relationships with channel partners and end-users.
3. Administer sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the territory.
4. Monitor and evaluate the productivity of sales personnel and distributors.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience is required, preferably in a supervisory or coordinator role in sales, especially within the FMCG industry (Personal Care Products).
3. Required skills include: Negotiation, Analytical Thinking, Leadership, Market Knowledge, Distribution Management, and Sales Data Reporting.
4. Experience in distribution channels (GT, MTI, and KA) in the Padang Panjang (Bukittinggi) area is preferred.
5. Applicants under 36 years old are preferred.
6. Willing to work in Bukittinggi, West Sumatera.
