We are looking for an ambitious yet creative Account Coordinator for Social Media to join our rapidly expanding team in BALI.

Job Descriptions

• Be involved in the planning and execution stages of new projects.
• Maintain communication and make regular visits to clients' businesses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Ensure all daily activities are executed well, such as creating editorial calendars, posting content, engaging with followers, and providing regular reports.
• Provide creative ideas and develop marketing strategies to enhance clients’ branding and social media performance.
• Present performance reports to clients during regular reviews, including data analysis, insights, and action plans.
• Be responsible for the success of campaigns to achieve desired goals.
• Oversee content production processes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience managing multiple social media accounts.
• Highly organized in planning and managing daily tasks.
• Creative storyteller, fluent in English, especially in writing and speaking.
• Experience creating content on TikTok or Instagram Reels with 10K+ views is a plus.
• Familiar with social media analytics tools and platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Preferably from a digital agency or startup background.
• Domiciled in Bali / Denpasar.
