In this role, you won't just be managing teams; you'll be leading the charge in an industry that's ready for disruption. With marketplaces like Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, the fast-paced world of social commerce on TikTok, and the opportunities of our direct-to-consumer platform, the potential for growth is massive.

As the Growth Manager, you will also be responsible for shaping our digital marketing strategy. From Ads and CRM to SEO and Social Media, you'll be at the forefront of driving our brand presence and customer engagement in the online ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for online sales channels, encompassing marketplaces, social commerce, and DTC.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Manage and lead the online sales teams, providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize their performance in marketplaces, social commerce, and DTC.
  • Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and results.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage digital marketing freelancers or agencies to execute effective and innovative campaigns across the entire marketing funnel.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales and marketing efforts to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in marketplaces, social commerce, and DTC.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, presenting insights to the leadership team.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition through paid and non-paid acquisition channels
  • Implement retention programs, design the CRM flows across all channels to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies and tools relevant to online sales and digital marketing
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement technologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the business intelligence team to set up implementation
  • Budget Management:
  • Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage budgets for online sales and online marketing
  • Monitor spending against budgets and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of Proven experience in a similar growth-focused role with a track record of achieving and surpassing growth targets in marketplaces, social commerce, and DTC.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies across the entire funnel, including SEO, Ads, Email Marketing, etc.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in online sales and digital marketing.
