Job Description:
  • Lead and inspire a team of passionate beauty enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Drive sales growth through innovative strategies and engaging promotions.
  • Ensure smooth operations, from inventory management to maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture where every team member feels valued and supported.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to keep our branch at the forefront of the beauty scene.
Job Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Marketing is preferred.
  • Min. 3 Years proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty clinic, with a track record of managing teams and store operation effectively.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and staff.
  • Experienced in commercial marketing.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations and customer service best practices.
