ROLE OVERVIEW

We're seeking a Business Development Executive who embodies charisma, sophistication, and a passion for connecting with people. This role is perfect for someone who can transcend traditional sales, offering clients the chance to invest in their dreams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, understanding their aspirations and presenting tailored investment opportunities.
  • Strategic Outreach: Identify and approach potential clients through networking events, digital platforms, and personal referrals.
  • Presentation Excellence: Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the unique value propositions of Tiara Hana's offerings.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends to identify new opportunities and provide insights that drive business growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive client experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 3+ years in roles such as IT/software/hardware sales, luxury brand sales, executive assistance, or similar fields.
  • Personality: Outgoing, articulate, and confident, with a natural ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for storytelling and presentation.
  • Background: Familiarity with high-end clientele and understanding of luxury markets.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: IDR 6,000,000 – IDR 7,000,000 per month
  • Commission: Attractive, performance-based commission structure with no cap on earnings. Our top performers significantly exceed their base salary through commissions.
  • Incentives: Additional bonuses for achieving and surpassing sales targets.
