Job description

Account Manager for All IT Product & Solution - Sales Project - Surabaya Area

Position Overview:

The Account Manager handles marketing and sales duties focused on IT Products & Solutions (Projects). Responsibilities include seeking new projects, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Main Duties:

  1. Identify and manage new projects for selling IT Products & Solutions.
  2. Search for and create new projects/end-users for product sales.
  3. Conduct meetings, presentations, visits, negotiations, and sales with new and existing customers.
  4. Negotiate, tender, and communicate with clients and partners to meet sales targets.
  5. Build and manage relationships with project partners, acting as the primary contact.
  6. Expand and develop existing customer accounts by generating new coverage and clients.

Requirements:

  1. Maximum age of 35 years.
  2. Own a vehicle (Motorcycle/Car) and a Laptop.
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in selling IT Products & Solutions as a Sales Project.
  4. Possess a customer database or list of existing accounts (preferably end-user or project-based) and experience in the tender process from start to finish.
  5. Strong background in sales and account management.
  6. Understanding of developing and creating new projects (Tender/PL).
  7. Target-oriented, aggressive, and proactive.
  8. Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  9. Computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, Internet.
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated.
  11. Willing to work in Surabaya and travel outside Surabaya (East Indonesia) for canvassing, project creation, market opening, presentations, and maintenance.
