Job description

Build and manage long-term relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.

Develop and execute CRM strategies, including email campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized communications.

Manage customer database and ensure data is accurate and up-to-date.

Analyze customer data to identify upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation opportunities.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Use CRM tools (such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, or others) to automate and optimize work processes.

Compile periodic reports on the effectiveness of CRM strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

- Minimum S1 education in Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, or Marketing.

- Proficient in CRM systems and customer data analysis tools.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
