Accounting Supervisor - Manufacture - Cikarang (C-118798)

Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company seeking an Accounting Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Control all transactions related to Payables, General Ledger, and Costing.
2. Supervise daily accounting functions, including Accounts Payable/Receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
4. Manage and monitor manufacturing costs, including materials, labor, and overhead.
5. Analyze cost variances and provide insights to support production and pricing decisions.
6. Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
7. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
8. Mentor and guide junior accounting staff.
9. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Proficiency in English at a conversational level or higher.
2. More than 3 years of experience in accounting within a manufacturing company.
3. Experience handling SAP software.
4. Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
5. Knowledge of production costs.
6. Experience managing subordinates.
7. Willingness to reside in the GIIC area.
