Accountant (Project Based)

Project Accountant

This is a regional role covering Singapore and Indonesia. We have funding from the Singapore government for the various Technology/Event. In order to be reimbursed for these various projects, we need a well organized project accountant for 2 years.

This role will require you to work 3 days a week.

What you will do:

• Prepare monthly P&L per project. 
• Coordinate closely with various team members each project to ensure the completion of their timesheets. 
• Input the data into the Project Accounting Software. 
• Ensure that timesheets are organized in a timely and methodical manner. 
• Track the progress of each project including doing a budget vs actual analysis. 
• Raise invoice on the accounting system based on the agreed terms in the Statement of Work. 
• Ensure that all invoices and documentation per project is properly accounted & filed for auditors to access and review. 

Who you are:

• Degree in accounting or ACCA qualification
• Familiarity with project accounting software
• 3 to 5 years Accounting & 1 year of Project Accounting experience
• A strong foundation in end to end project accounting.
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Ability to manage workload independently, meet deadlines and multi task
• Accurate in deliverables requiring minimum review by line manager. 
• Excellent communication skills in both written and speaking in English and Indonesian - as you will be communicating with non Indonesian colleagues and senior management. 
• Initiative and excellence driven professional.
• Provide support for miscellaneous tasks as needed.
