Job description

Responsibilities:

The main responsibility of this position is to analyze sales drivers, financial and market performance and contribute to the achievement of sales and profit in a range of categories.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or higher, from any major.
2. Over two years as analyst dealing with commercial activities, merchandising, databases/data management, reporting and analysis at retail, manufacturing, or distribution company/consultancy.
3. Experience with category management and business analysis will be an advantage due to the nature of this role.
4. Broad knowledge of the Indonesian retail industry, especially food retailing in the modern market.
5. Understand the basic principles of category management.
6. Able to analyze detailed and large data reports, validate the data, and interpret them to turn them into concise, actionable insights.
7. Excellent in Microsoft Excel, including macro functions; good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Studio will be an advantage, and able to adapt to using new software to interrogate databases is a must.
8. Writing, proofing, editing, and communicating in English.
9. Good command of presentation skills.
