Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role with a minimal 3 years of working experience.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and specific culinary techniques.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of budgeting and cost control for their section.
  • Proficiency in food safety standards (e.g., HACCP).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to cook Chinese food is a must.
  • Certified of Food Handler is a must.
  • Fluent in english or mandarin is preferably.
