A leading company in Bali is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage recruitment, training, and employee performance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or HR Management, with strong leadership and organizational skills. Process attendance, leave, permissions, and overtime
Prepare documents for payroll purposes
Handle administrative recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview arrangements, to psychological test coordination
Assist in the implementation of training and ensure the completeness of training documentation
Ensure completeness and organization of HR document archives
Manage the entire recruitment process, from selection to onboarding of new employees, including job description preparation and job posting
Plan and implement training programs to enhance skills and employee performance
Ensure smooth payroll and attendance management using HRIS accurately and timely
Handle disciplinary issues, issue warnings, and take disciplinary action according to company policy
Resolve industrial relations issues through mediation or conflict resolution between employees and the company
Develop, update, and ensure implementation of HR SOPs in accordance with labor regulations
Conduct employee performance evaluations and plan development based on evaluation results
Prepare regular HR reports including attendance, turnover, training, and industrial relations issues
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1–2 years as a supervisor
Comprehensive understanding of HR processes: recruitment, training, performance management, industrial relations, and personnel administration
Able to create and develop SOPs, KPIs, and employee evaluation systems
Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and decision-making skills
Knowledgeable about labor regulations and experienced in handling industrial relations cases
Detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling documents and employee databases
Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS knowledge is a plus
