Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Engineer located in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for the planning, design, and management of construction projects, including stormwater management systems. Daily tasks include preparing detailed designs, ensuring project compliance with regulations, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality results within set timelines.

• Supervise and ensure the smooth execution of road and bridge construction work according to technical specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, field teams, and other relevant parties
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Ensure all work complies with quality standards, safety regulations, and applicable laws

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required
• At least 2 years of experience in construction supervision of roads and bridges, with a focus on embankments and asphalt in high-risk areas
• Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience with project management software is a plus
• Proficient in using civil engineering design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
• Good understanding of engineering standards and safety protocols in the field
• Preferably residing in Banjarmasin or surrounding areas
