A leading company in retail is seeking a Mandarin Translator to manage daily operations and provide administrative support. The role involves coordinating with managers, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth business operations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those with a passion for retail and strong communication skills.
Manage and coordinate daily activities to ensure smooth business operations (store visits).
Required to be a Mandarin Translator when needed for company activities.
Act as an assistant to the Area Manager and/or Regional Manager as required.
Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, handling emails, and other internal communications.
Prepare and update Operational Reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to enhance business operations.
Support in resolving operational issues promptly and effectively.
Interact with suppliers and vendors to ensure product delivery and quality standards.
Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in any major.
Good communication skills in Mandarin is a must (active).
Fresh graduates with strong administrative skills are welcome to apply.
Passion for retail operations and store management.
Good personality, critical thinking, fast learner, and leadership skills.
Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Makassar & willing to travel based on company needs.
