Position: Brand & Sales Manager (Premium skincare)
Sales
- Increase the business size within the current distribution/accounts through relationship management, visual merchandising, after-sales service, new product launches, events, and other collaboration.
- Meet and strategize with key accounts and retailers.
- Prospect new channels of distribution, confirm entry, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Develop, maintain, and execute a territory plan.
- Develop and implement new strategic sales initiatives and programs to capture key demographics.
- Prepare and manage annual sales forecasts - monitor performance, variances/gap analysis, propose and implement corrective action plans.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, opportunities for innovation and expansion, and feedback from distribution channels and end customers to make informed decisions to Brand, management, and other concerned stakeholders.
- Establish guidelines for advertising, visual merchandising, store look and design, and marketing activities based on brand advice and set Company standards for the same.
Operation & Others
- People management: manage sales team (internal) to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
- Evaluation and control: ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward, and individual recognition.
- Inventory management: ensure a safety inventory level to secure Company investment in the right SKUs, product category, and to cover a minimum sales period while not losing out on any sales opportunity.
- Oversee support functions: warehouse management, logistics, and the distribution/delivery of products to the channels of distribution/key accounts.
- Maintain data relative to distribution channels, key accounts, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. brand management, vendor management, margin decline, pricing policy, industry-related best practices, loss of business to competitors, etc.).
- Represent the Company in industry events, trade fairs, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Job Specifications
At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably with Aesthetic/Medical Clinics, Hospitals, Spa, or other Resellers in the Beauty industry dealing with local or imported brands in Skincare.
