Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new potential customers, including cold calling and developing leads through referral channels to generate appointments and establish relationships.
- Manage the pipeline of opportunities from current and prospective customers to ensure sales goals are met.
- Close sales with prospects and current customers to meet sales targets and contribute to company profitability.
- Manage ongoing account service, develop new sales opportunities, and maintain ongoing revenue streams, including soliciting referrals.
- Conduct planning meetings with clients to discuss new technologies, upgrades, and enhancements, and solicit feedback to ensure high-quality service.
- Complete all sales paperwork promptly and accurately, including signed contracts, work orders, and purchase orders, to ensure profitability and smooth service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and objectives, and approach decisions as a partnership.
- Take ownership of issues, demonstrating professionalism and control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT company.
- Pre-existing relationships with potential customers.
- Experience with database/customer list coverage from existing accounts.
- Ability to provide solution skills for future customers.
- Ability to work independently and meet established goals.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
