Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and qualify new potential customers, including cold calling and developing leads through referral channels to generate appointments and establish relationships.
  2. Manage the pipeline of opportunities from current and prospective customers to ensure sales goals are met.
  3. Close sales with prospects and current customers to meet sales targets and contribute to company profitability.
  4. Manage ongoing account service, develop new sales opportunities, and maintain ongoing revenue streams, including soliciting referrals.
  5. Conduct planning meetings with clients to discuss new technologies, upgrades, and enhancements, and solicit feedback to ensure high-quality service.
  6. Complete all sales paperwork promptly and accurately, including signed contracts, work orders, and purchase orders, to ensure profitability and smooth service delivery.
  7. Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and objectives, and approach decisions as a partnership.
  8. Take ownership of issues, demonstrating professionalism and control.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT company.
  3. Pre-existing relationships with potential customers.
  4. Experience with database/customer list coverage from existing accounts.
  5. Ability to provide solution skills for future customers.
  6. Ability to work independently and meet established goals.
