Job Description for Marketing Manager at PT. Tirta Kumala Sari

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business studies, mass communication, or related fields
  2. Minimum of 4 years experience in retail and the beauty industry
  3. Proven experience as an online marketing and social media manager
  4. Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin is a plus)
  5. Strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
  6. Ability to multitask with meticulous attention to detail
  7. Intercultural sensitivity, proactive, and resourceful attitude
  8. Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, Facebook Ads, and social media platforms
  9. In-depth knowledge of beauty trends, cosmetics, and skincare
  10. Availability to join as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
  1. Developing and executing strategic marketing plans
  2. Implementing marketing strategies across online and offline platforms
  3. Presenting marketing ideas, programs, strategies, and budgets
  4. Managing communication channels including digital, social media, displays, and print media
  5. Creating and evaluating strategies, managing risks, and ensuring achievement of company goals
  6. Developing team skills, both hard and soft skills
  7. Monitoring KOL and affiliate channels
  8. Conducting market research to identify consumer insights and market trends
  9. Providing product training when needed
  10. Coordinating public relations and promotional activities
