Job description

Danone seeks an Insight Manager to join our Marketing Division. In this role, you will provide key insights for the Mainstream category by acquiring and analyzing market data, evaluating the marketing mix, and offering strategic recommendations to strengthen brand performance and innovation.

What Will You Do?
  1. Provide business and market insights by acquiring and analyzing sales and marketing data from research agencies.
  2. Evaluate brand performance across touchpoints (in-store, media, digital) and support strategy development in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  3. Assess the marketing mix (6Ps) and generate brand analysis to inform short- and long-term strategies.
  4. Analyze market trends and formulate brand innovation plans.
  5. Review and enhance communication strategies in coordination with the communication team.
  6. Maximize data to deliver expert analysis and strategic advice for mainstream brands.
  7. Recommend business strategies based on insights to support strategic planning.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Management, or Economics.
  2. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, including 1+ years in a research agency.
  3. Strong understanding of consumer and market insight, and brand management in the FMCG industry.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Proven leadership skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  6. Willing to be placed at Danone Head Office (RDTX Place, South Jakarta) with a work-from-office arrangement.
