Your responsibilities:
You will conduct meetings to exchange information on assigned tasks and resolve problems, working in accordance with Hitachi Energy procedures using applicable tools.
In the range of authority, you will negotiate prices and discuss technical and commercial issues. If outside the range of authority, propose and agree on a winning strategy with management.
You will support management in budget information and forecasting of projects, maintain existing and search/create new channel partners for Hitachi Energy products.
You will build and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, collect market information related to your business (customers, competitors, install base, trends, etc.), and conduct seminars/road shows/customer awareness training to increase Hitachi Energy's presence in the market.
You will conduct customer visits regularly to identify opportunities, collect information, generate proposals/quotes, and close orders, manage/review change requests, prepare quotes/implement changes with support from technical and other staff as required, and get inquiries for new projects. In cooperation with management, make decisions to quote or refrain from quoting.
You will manage projects implemented by channel partners and get support from the project management team when needed, handing over orders to project management under observation of the company process. Upon request, support project management during project execution, collection of account receivables, and assist the project administrator with spare parts quotations, follow up, and close the order.

Your background:
You hold a university degree in Electrical & Power Engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales within a similar industry.
Able to communicate with people at all levels and handle pressure.
Display integrity, an open attitude, compliance and business ethics, customer orientation, market & business intelligence.
Computer literate with a good command of applicable business systems.
Willing to travel extensively.
Fluent in English, both written and orally.
