What You’ll Be Doing:

This role calls for:

• Deep understanding of HR/Finance business functions and Workday security architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, ability to visualize business scenarios.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

• Design security access across Workday HR and Finance for a variety of user persona and organizations.
• Identify and resolve security issues in the tenant on a regular cadence.
• Troubleshoot security-related data and functionality access issues/questions.
• Support maintenance of Workday security configuration
• Provide end-user support including root cause analysis and resolution through the ticketing system; create/maintain training and other documentation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and design documents, test logs for requested security changes & enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards and adherence to change management policies related to implementation, changes, and updates.
• Identify opportunities for security optimization and enhancements to align with evolving business needs.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• Mandatory: Strong knowledge of Workday security. Workday Security certifications would be a plus.
• 3+ years’ experience of Workday security configurations.
• Preferred: Understanding of HR and Finance business processes and functionality, guiding security design decisions
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, good judgment, mature and positive attitude.
• Ability to exercise discretion with highly confidential information.
• Attend to detail with accuracy.
• Willingness to work until 2 pm EST /11:30 pm IST

Mandatory Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.
