- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies
- Lead recruitment, training, and employee development process based on needs and partner request
- Develop and manage comprehensive development programs to improve employee’s soft and hard skill
- Manage Employee Relations, including contract administration, company policy enforcement, and resolution of internal issues, as well as overseeing terminations
- Handle complex employee relations and labor issues
- Maintain HRIS data valid and updated
- Collaborate with other HR Department to improve HRIS Performance
