Job Description

1. Preparing Monthly Financial Statement Handling Full Set Of Accounts
2. Maintenance Of Cash Book Records And The Reconciliation Of Bank Accounts
3. Recording And Reconciliation Of Supplier Invoices And Payments On Accounting Software
4. Cashflow Forecasting
5. Preparation Of Accruals And Prepayments For Month End
6. Fixed Asset Register Maintenance
7. Preparation Of Audit Schedules And Reports
8. Any Ad-hoc Assignments

Requirement

1. Bachelor Degree of Business/ Economics/ Accounting and/or equivalent professional qualification
2. Ideally between 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably from Big 4, startup, and multinational company
3. Fluent in English is a MUST
4. Recognised team leader with good interpersonal skills
5. Proactive in problem-solving and client management
6. Meticulous and detailed
7. Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore compliance requirements on finance, accounting, tax, Companies Act, Accounting is a definite advantage.
