About the Role:

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing sell-in to traditional and modern retail channels
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and toko electronic
  • Monitoring store-level performance and ensuring product visibility
  • Executing trade promotions and reporting market intelligence
  • Coordinating with internal supply chain and marketing teams

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in electronics, FMCG, or consumer goods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with local dealers or store networking is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage coverage in your assigned area
  • Willing to travel and based in your assigned province/city
