Job Description

As a Patient Journey Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and experience
  • Collaborating with healthcare team to streamline patient flow processes
  • Identifying and resolving issues affecting patient care
  • Implementing strategies for enhancing patient comfort and engagement
  • Monitoring patient feedback and generating reports for management review
  • Training and guiding staff to ensure optimal patient care
  • Adhering to healthcare regulations and standards
  • Contributing to the hospital's patient-centred care objective

The Successful Applicant

A successful Patient Journey Manager should have:

  • A degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing or related field
  • Prior experience in patient experience management or healthcare management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient rights
  • Ability to empathise with patients and understand their needs
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skill
  • Fluent Bahasa, English and other language
