Corporate Legal Manager

About the role

We are seeking a talented Corporate Legal Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Premier Qualitas Indonesia, a leading real estate development company. As a Corporate Legal Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal guidance and support across all aspects of our operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
2. Advising on corporate governance, compliance and risk management matters
3. Supporting mergers, acquisitions and other strategic initiatives
4. Ensuring the company operates in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
5. Mentoring and managing a team of legal professionals
6. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
7. Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

What we're looking for

1. 8+ years of post-qualification experience in a corporate legal role, ideally within the real estate industry
2. Extensive knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate law, property law and regulatory compliance
3. Proven track record of providing pragmatic, commercially-focused legal advice to senior stakeholders
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
5. Strong leadership and team management capabilities
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
7. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
