The Channel Account Manager will align with channel partners to achieve quota attainment and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experience. They are expected to use consultative and strategic selling skills along with a strong understanding of the Educational Technology industry. The role involves helping channel partners meet program expectations and protecting the Instructure brand. Candidates must be based in Indonesia, preferably in Jakarta.
Responsibilities
- Discover and manage sales opportunities with designated partners in the territory, providing accurate sales forecasts.
- Provide detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast funnels in Salesforce to meet or exceed quota requirements.
- Manage and execute territory planning.
- Meet with partners, participate in joint sales calls, and assist in closing opportunities.
- Help partners broaden their product expertise and sales opportunities for growth.
- Train partners on products, processes, and sales techniques.
- Coordinate partner access to sales engineering, marketing, and overlay resources.
- Disseminate communications and announcements.
- Coordinate local partner participation in events and campaigns.
- Drive product promotions and programs.
- Attend events and conference calls as designated.
- Maintain knowledge of all products, programs, and promotions.
- Manage tasks to completion independently or as directed.
- Support development of sales collateral for channel partners.
Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, Abilities)
- Fluent in Bahasa and English.
- Understanding of technology in education and LMS marketplace.
- 4+ years of experience working with channel partners.
- Proven success in building relationships and partnerships.
- Intermediate understanding of company financial measures.
- Excellent communication skills, friendly and articulate over the phone, professional in writing.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to create presentations and marketing materials.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
- Capable of managing multiple demands and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
