Job description

Responsibilities

1. Ensure all incoming raw materials and packaging materials are tested according to procedures.
2. Monitor calibration of all equipment, including scheduled calibrations.
3. Conduct analysis and prepare root cause analysis reports for each customer feedback (CSO).
4. Maintain proper documentation for calibration, raw materials, and packaging inspections.
5. Oversee overall process adherence to hygiene and safety practices.

Requirements

1. Minimum D3/S1 majoring in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related technical industry.
2. At least 3 years of experience as a quality control staff or 1 year as a supervisor.
3. Good understanding of quality control regulations.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Knowledge of GMP, CPKB, and QC 7 Tools.
6. Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
7. Proficiency in English at a passive level.
8. Willing to work in Salatiga.
