We’re looking for a passionate and driven Training & Development Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the growth of our people by designing and delivering impactful training programs—ranging from technical and compliance training to leadership, soft skills, and product knowledge. You’ll engage our sales teams and field employees through interactive, practical sessions tailored to real challenges in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Description:

  • Develop and enhance training modules covering technical skills, leadership, soft skills, compliance, and product knowledge, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct training using various methods (workshops, coaching, on-the-job training, and e-learning)
  • Engage sales teams and field employees by delivering interactive, practical training sessions tailored to their challenges.
  • Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Operations teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted development programs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in Training & Development or Learning & Development
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs for field employees (e.g., sales teams, frontline workers)
  • Able to engage and motivate participants with diverse backgrounds, particularly sales teams who work in dynamic, target-driven environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Willing to travel on a business trip (If needed)
  • Willing to WFO
