Job description

People & Organizational Development Manager

• Analyze and continuously improve the organization’s structure, roles, and reporting lines.

• Partner with head departments to forecast manpower needs aligned with business growth.

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure new hires meet business needs.

• Support the onboarding process to help new employees adapt quickly.

• Design and implement employee training programs.

• Monitor, measure, and evaluate the impact of training initiatives on employee performance.

• Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation.

• Design cultural alignment by embedding core values into employee engagement activities.

• Identify organizational capability gaps and propose solutions.

• Implement KPI systems and performance appraisals

• Partner with supervisors/managers to coach teams and develop individual growth plans.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, or HR Business Partner roles.

• Proven experience supporting fast-growing companies or companies undergoing scaling/organizational changes.

• Strong understanding of organizational design principles, talent strategy, and change management.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability

• Proficient in using HRIS systems and recruitment tools.

• Certifications in HR/OD (e.g., CHCM, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, BNSP, Organization Development certifications) are a plus.
