Job Description: Calibration Engineer

The working venue is in Cikarang, West Java.

Our client is a Trading company. Currently, they are seeking a Calibration Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Calibrate measuring instruments according to international and internal standards.
2. Verify equipment performance and make necessary adjustments.
3. Issue calibration certificates and maintain detailed calibration records.
4. Manage calibration schedules to ensure timely calibration of all equipment.
5. Analyze measurement results and calculate measurement uncertainty where required.
6. Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, and others.
7. Support internal and external audits related to calibration activities.
8. Coordinate with repair services or vendors when necessary.
9. Provide technical support to internal departments or clients.
10. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in English at a conversational level or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metrology, Physics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of calibration standards (ISO/IEC 17025) and measurement principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and calibration procedures.

Preferred Skills / Experience:

• Experience in calibration work or quality assurance is preferred.
