Job Description:

Responsibilities

1. Conduct basic calculations for electrical system requirements.
2. Understand customer needs, including budget and timeline.
3. Develop the design concept for the electrical system, considering efficiency and operational reliability.
4. Provide a design concept brief (TOR) to the MEP consultant.
5. Create a schedule for completing electrical design drawings.
6. Coordinate design efforts with Architects, Interior Designers, Structural Engineers, and Landscape Architects.
7. Provide a package of electrical design drawings to the in-house QS or QS consultant for Bill of Quantities (BQ) calculation.
8. Provide outline specifications for electrical equipment to the QS for vendor proposals.
9. Review the contractor's MEP shop drawings.
