Account Manager/Project & Solution for Handy Talky & Barcode - Sumatera Area

Position Overview:

The Account Manager / Sales Project & Solution is responsible for selling IT products (Handy Talky & Barcode) and solutions within the Project division in the Sumatera Area. The role involves managing customer relationships, developing new projects, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Main Duties:

  1. Identify and manage customer/end-user accounts, selling IT products and solutions.
  2. Create and execute sales strategies.
  3. Conduct meetings, presentations, visits, negotiations, and deal closures with new customers.
  4. Negotiate and communicate with new customers, partners, and principals to meet sales targets (Gross Profit).
  5. Build and manage relationships with customers, acting as the primary contact.
  6. Achieve sales targets through direct sales to end users.

Requirements:

  • Maximum age of 35 years.
  • Own a vehicle (Motorcycle/Car) and a Laptop.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Project & Solution for IT Products.
  • Existing customer database or network coverage (End Users/Projects).
  • Experience in managing projects from initiation to completion, including tenders or project leads.
  • Proficiency in English (both oral and written).
  • Computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Internet).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, self-motivated.
  • Willing to work in Sumatera Area (Branch Office) and travel for projects, presentations, installations, and training across Indonesia.
