Legend Diving Lembongan is a PADI 5* IDC Center located on the beautiful islands of Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida, Bali. We offer daily diving trips to Nusa Penida Marine protected area, known for having some of the best dive spots in Bali. Our services range from beginner to professional PADI courses, provided by a team of experienced and multi-lingual instructors. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dive Manager located in Nusa Lembongan, Bali. The Dive Manager will oversee the daily operations of the dive center, manage staff, schedule diving trips, ensure safety standards are met, and provide exceptional customer service. Other responsibilities include equipment maintenance, coordinating with marketing teams for promotions, handling bookings and payments, and conducting diving training sessions as needed.


Qualifications

  1. PADI Instructor Certification and extensive diving experience
  2. Proven management and leadership skills
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  4. Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  5. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  6. Experience with diving equipment maintenance
  7. Ability to work well in a team and independently
  8. Good understanding of marketing and promotion strategies
  9. Valid first aid certification
